Pimples on my baby's neck?

Hello, 8 month old baby has a lot of little pimples on his neck.
I wonder what it is. She is teething. Is this a link?

Pimples on this area are quite common in babies. The neck folds are a good place for moisture to develop, which can cause these types of pimples.
You can apply a thin layer of ointment like Vaseline or Aquaphor to the area to protect it. The problem can quickly go away.
