I haven't had my period for 3 months?

Delay in my period. I gave birth on December 30th and my period returned fairly quickly. However, I stopped taking the pill because it was causing me negative side effects. Since then I have not had my period for three months. I did a pregnancy test and all were negative. Hello, I don't know the exact date, but I stopped my pill around the beginning of July. I have had no periods since then. My pill was a 28 day pill and I was quite regular. I had a 7 day cycle.
