Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about his troubles!
Would you be able to identify all of your spouse's symptoms such as a blocked or runny nose or whatever and what has been tried for them?

Fever, hacking cough, vomiting, stuffy nose, but he blows his nose sometimes and it comes out a little

Thank you for the information!
The basis of treatment will be nasal hygiene with saline solution like Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse which can be done as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. It's a little uncomfortable but works great for congestion and coughing!
Encourage him to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on his preference.
For fever, Tylenol is still the best option.
A rapid test for
COVID is recommended given his symptoms.
If the fever persists for 72 hours, or if the symptoms persist for more than a week without improvement, a doctor should be consulted as a precaution. I will remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
