I am wondering if the drug doxytab should be taken at a certain time during my menstrual cycle?

You can start this product whenever you want.

You can take it at the same time as your contraceptive, but keep in mind that if the antibiotic causes diarrhea, it could decrease the effectiveness of the contraceptive.

Take doxycycline with meals, and space it out at least 3 hours if you are taking vitamins.
