I sometimes have the sensation of poor circulation, is it serious?

I think it happens in the weeks when I am less active like this week. My feet were very cold in the evening I thought that was why I warmed them up and when they were very hot I still had pain in my calf but the next day the pain did not come back. My mother has raynaud's disease, I don't know if it is hereditary
