I have little red spots on my thighs?

Hello, for a few weeks now, I have small red spots all over my thighs that are getting worse and worse. I don't understand why I have this. It doesn't itch or heat up, but it's red... In the past I already had Henock Shöelen purpura. I don't know if it's related, but it's very stressful for me.

Have you changed your soap, cream, detergent or anything else? Would it be possible to upload a picture?

Hi, no I always use unscented dove as a cleanser and I have always used the same products. I use baby oil as a moisturizer. Yes I am sending you a picture.

Thanks for the feedback, are you also experiencing itching?

I would have been tempted to suggest a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno several times a day, but as you report, if it continues to spread or does not improve at all, a doctor should be consulted, purely as a precaution.

No, no itch. I don't feel anything at all. I will try the aveeno cream and if it doesn't go away I will consult. Thank you for your help!
