Can my 2 year old son receive his vaccines if he is currently taking antibiotics?

Hello, my 2 month old son is on antibiotics for a urinary tract infection and his treatment is due to end on November 7. However, he is due to receive his first vaccines on November 6. Would it be better to postpone the appointment for the vaccines where there is no problem receiving them during the antibiotic treatment? Thank you [Name removed to maintain confidentiality]

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
There is no problem with receiving the vaccine if your child is well enough to come to the appointment. Taking antibiotics will not affect the effectiveness of the vaccine.
