I am wondering if I should try another syrup and which one might work.

I have a cold and this is the 10th day. I'm less congested than I was at the beginning, but I cough mostly at night. I already use several means (gargle with salt water, warm honey and lemon water, lozenges, bronchosyl syrup, vaporub, tylenols). The secretions are transparent, white, and sometimes yellow. Thank you!

Hello :) You can try an expectorant syrup (which will help to clear the secretions). One that seems to be effective is HELIXIA syrup that you can sometimes find in pharmacies. It was recently out of stock but you can check it out. Thank you for your help!
