I have had a sore throat for 3 days. Mild in the morning which doesn't bother me too much during the day I cough sometimes. But in the evening the pain in my throat and down my esophagus is much more intense and uncomfortable. When I take a deep breath I start to cough. Breathing shorter. I wonder if I should consult. If it is something more serious than a sore throat. Bronchitis, pneumonia? Hello, I tried advil cold and sinus days. Hot drink. Throat lozenge
