So I wonder if all deodorants/antiperspirants are safe for children?

Hello!
There is no minimum age for the use of deodorants. The level of sweating varies from one child to another, so it is not impossible that, even at 7 years old, your little boy can benefit from a deodorant.
However, if you notice that he's sweating excessively, getting hot, or feeling the need to drink large amounts of fluids a day, for example, I'd advise you to see a doctor. Sometimes excessive sweating (whether in children or adults) can be the result of a pre-existing problem that needs to be evaluated by a doctor. However, if you don't notice any of this and there are no other apparent symptoms, there's probably nothing to worry about!
I look forward to answering your questions!

Thank you very much! If I understand correctly, even antiperspirants that contain aluminum would be safe? Thank you!

Aluminum in antiperspirants can be an irritant for some people, but it is not known to cause any other problems. It is an ingredient that is very poorly absorbed through the skin (gets into the bloodstream very little). So, if your child simply does not have a reaction on the skin after application, he or she can use the product without any problems!
