I wonder if a cream or something could help me get rid of these spots.

Hello Sir, in order to better understand your needs, would it be possible to know what you have tried or applied on the area that is causing you problems? Are you currently taking any other medication?

Hello, I put vaseline type cream on my eczema, it eventually goes away when it becomes dry, but it always comes back.

Thanks for the information!
You did the right thing with the moisturizing, it is the foundation of the treatment. I encourage you to apply this product as often as necessary, there is no maximum number of times during the day. Use a fragrance-free soap such as Dove or other, avoid rubbing your hands dry, instead, lightly pat your hands to leave a thin layer of moisture and apply the moisturizer quickly after.
This includes any time you apply a hydro-alcoholic gel as well.
Wear gloves if you are handling irritating products such as washing dishes or other household tasks.
Always protect your hands when going out, especially with the cream and gloves.
These measures are usually sufficient if they are applied often. I will remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
