Can I use Beach Body products during pregnancy?

I have been using Beachbody products for years, but I am newly pregnant. These are the products I used to use on a daily basis: Energize, recover, shakeology, collagen.

We don't have enough data on the safety of some of the ingredients in the products you mentioned. I must therefore recommend that you avoid them during pregnancy, and also during breastfeeding, if applicable.
