Hello,
First of all, are you able to hydrate adequately? Do you have signs of dehydration, such as dry mouth, less frequent urination, weight loss, faster heartbeat, dark circles under your eyes, severe fatigue, cold and/or bluish hands and feet? Tell me if you have any of these symptoms and if so, which ones. Some of these symptoms require a trip to the emergency room.
Next, have you tried taking something for nausea?
Can you be pregnant?
But indeed, since the symptoms are preventing you from eating properly, you should see a doctor if it persists, especially since a cause should be found.
In the meantime, I would advise you to stay well hydrated, preferably with rehydration solutions. In addition, I advise you to eat easily digestible foods instead, such as white bread, white rice, bananas, applesauce, etc.
I look forward to hearing from you!
