I am wondering if I should start doxytab at any time during my menstrual cycle? Can I take it at breakfast and dinner?

I was prescribed doxytab for acne! I am 17 years old and have no special condition. I am taking the birth control pill alysena. I have to take doxytab twice a day for 1 month and then once a day for 2 months.

Good morning ma'am, You can start this product whenever you want. You can take it at the same time as your contraceptive, but keep in mind that if the antibiotic causes diarrhea, it could decrease the effectiveness of the contraceptive.
