Head pain, what should I do if I think I have a migraine?

Hello, I had a small headache all day yesterday following a little too much alcohol the day before. In the evening, after an orgasm, my headache immediately intensified on the left side, like a pressure behind the eye with slight nausea...I took 600 mg of ibuprofen immediately and I lay down. It subsided just 2-3 hours later...but this morning I still had a background headache and all day too...I alternated between advil and tylenol, but I felt foggy. I've had maybe 2 migraines in my life and it had done the same thing to me...
