My 5 month old daughter has been taking suprax for a urinary tract infection for 2 days and she has small pimples on her face, ears and neck... is this an allergic reaction?

It is impossible to determine this, you will have to consult your pharmacist in person who will be able to see more clearly and will contact your doctor if deemed necessary. However, it is very likely that your doctor will ask to evaluate your child.
