My IUD is out, should I see a doctor?

Last night in the shower, I removed my diva cup normally because I was menstruating even with my IUD but I felt a little cramp and I felt the threads coming out so I dug into my vagina and the IUD was completely out of my cervix.

Good morning, ma'am,
Yes, you will need to see a doctor as soon as possible to make sure that the IUD has come out completely without breaking and to assess whether there has been any damage.
Sincerely,
