Can I drink hibiscus tea during pregnancy?

Hibiscus is absolutely to be avoided during pregnancy.

In general, there is very little data available about its safety during pregnancy (and breastfeeding, too, for that matter). One reference I looked up also reports that some types of hibiscus may increase the risk of miscarriage or abortion.

I can't comment on the effects of the consumption you've already done, but I would suggest no more consumption for the duration of the pregnancy :)
