I was wondering what I am supposed to do with this? Is this normal?

Hello, Since a few weeks, or even 1-2 months, I notice that every time I have sex, I have bleeding afterwards. Not immediately after, but the day after and even 2 days after. It never lasts long, but it is quite abundant with a little pain in the lower abdomen. Also, I am never regular with my periods.
