Hello, I gave birth 8 weeks ago and I have a return of menstruation 2 days ago but I have abdominal pain and yesterday I found on my towel a piece as big as a 10sous or we would say flesh.

This kind of loss is not abnormal and as long as it remains light and temporary, including bleeding, does not necessarily indicate a problem.
