Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
Short answer: The ingredients in Nutricap Anti-Hair Loss are not a problem for breastfeeding women or their infants. Just mention it to your pharmacist if you are taking other medications to make sure there are no problems or interactions with them
Longer answer: if you find that your hair has thinned since giving birth, this does not necessarily indicate a problem: hormonal changes during pregnancy can increase hair growth, so returning to more 'normal' levels of hormones can make these 'gains' disappear after giving birth. What actually happens is that your hair returns to its normal pre-pregnancy level. This may take several months. In the meantime, it is suggested to avoid as much as possible 'irritants' such as irons (straightening or curling), high intensity dryers, and dyes, among others. As usual, I encourage you to eat very colorfully: lots of fruits and vegetables on your plate.
I hope I've been helpful, so please don't hesitate if you have any other questions
