I was wondering what to do with the little holes on my nails and what it could potentially be.

Hello, I have small nail growths that appeared a few months ago (5-6). My nails do not seem to be infected, normal color and no pain. I have crohn's disease (inflectra treatment) which is now stable. I don't know if this could be related. Depending on the light the holes appear less in the picture.
