I was wondering if any of my medications could have this as a side effect

Hello, I am taking colchicine for recurrent mouth ulcers, and I take contrave for weight loss.
I have noticed that since I have been taking these medications, when I make a more intense effort (playing field hockey in the heat, doing more cardio at the gym) I have weakness, I see blackheads and I have a drop in pressure.

Hello!
This side effect is not really reported with these 2 drugs. The main side effect of colchicine is diarrhea, which can lead to dehydration, and therefore contribute to a possible drop in blood pressure during intense exercise. Contrave has the potential to slightly increase blood pressure.
I think the best thing to do at this point is to stay super hydrated at field hockey to keep your pressure from dropping too much (especially if it's very hot), and to do the exercises gradually at the gym. If you are not diabetic, I would suggest trying gatorade or any other sports drink, as they hydrate much more than regular water!
