I often have to go to the bathroom?

Hello, for the last two days I always have to pee, as I pee 1 minute later I feel the need to go back. I even peed in my bed when I was 17....But right now I think I'm stressed about it so it's not helping. I was wondering if I should see my pharmacist about this
