I suffer from constipation and sometimes I have stomach pains?

Hello, I have been having constipation problems for several months, maybe even a year. However, I have a prescription for laxaday that I have been taking every day for a few weeks now, which helps my constipation a lot. However, I sometimes have pain in my lower left stomach. Sometimes a sudden movement can trigger this pain, but sometimes it just hits me. Also when I press on my belly in several places it triggers pain like this...
