Hello, I am 24 years old and have scarlet fever. I am treated with amoxicillin 3 times a day since Monday pm. It's raspberry color with lots of little red spots/bumps. It causes me pain.

Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles! It may take up to 72 hours after starting the antibiotic to notice an improvement. You should continue to see gradual improvement every day thereafter. Tylenol is still the best option for pain relief.
