If I have had a severe reaction to a drug in the past, should I choose the Moderna vaccine over the Pfizer vaccine? Thank you!

Hello Ma'am,
It depends!
What is this severe reaction? And to what medication?

A reaction to Avelox: vomiting and lip swelling
A reaction to Septra: red circle in my right hand (having taken the drug twice, this reaction appeared the second time as well); having discussed this reaction with an allergist, she confirmed that it was an allergic reaction (even an allergic disorder). She was supposed to give me a handout for my pharmacy at the next visit, but because of the coronavirus, I haven't gone back to her yet.

Thanks for the explanation!
I can confirm that you can receive both types of vaccine :)
Happy day,
