Hello,
Decongestant tablets (e.g. Sudafed, Tylenol Sinus...) are not recommended during pregnancy.
In cases of allergy, it is possible to use Reactin or Claritin without any problems, but they are not effective for a cold.
It is possible to use saline waters like Hydrasense or Salinex, as well as steam baths, but these are the only options for your situation unfortunately. Be sure to stay well hydrated.
