Nausea is possible at the beginning of taking this medication. They cease on their own in less than 2 weeks usually.

It should be taken in the morning, at least for the first month.

I would recommend taking it tonight as usual, then taking another tomorrow around noon, then starting Thursday we take it in the morning when we get up (first thing when we get up).
