What can I take for sinusitis if I am pregnant?

Hello, I have the beginning of sinusitis and I would like to avoid antibiotics. What medication can I use as I am almost 30 weeks pregnant? Tylenol sinus cold / nasal decongestant? I already do sinus rinse a few times a day.

Hello ma'am, you are already doing the best with Sinus Rinse which can be done as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, depending on your preference. If you are ever in pain, Tylenol remains the first line of treatment. Lozenges such as Halls or Fisherman's Friend can relieve throat irritation and are safe during pregnancy. I hope I have been helpful and am available if you have any further questions!
