Hello, I have a cyst that was small at the beginning of the week like a little ball right in my groin. Yesterday, the little cyst swelled up and became quite large and painful. It's a rubbing area so what can I do to get the inflammation out? I usually wait and the cyst goes away after a while. It's not the first time it's happened to me (2x/year) but this time it's directly on the groin and every movement hurts.
