Good morning, ma'am,
Do you have any other symptoms such as a runny or stuffy nose? Are you taking any other medications? Are you pregnant or trying to become pregnant or are you breastfeeding?
Thank you for your time!

I don't have a runny nose, I sometimes have a mini congestion but I am still able to breathe through my nose. I do not take any medication, I am not pregnant and I am not breastfeeding

Thanks for the information!
i can suggest the use of a decongestant nasal spray like Drixoral or Dristan, 2 sprays in each nostril twice a day for a maximum of 5 days.
After the sprays, I recommend the valsalva technique: take a deep breath, then close your nostrils and mouth, and try to breathe out afterwards. Swallowing immediately afterwards can help to rebalance the pressure in the sinuses.
If this technique does not work after 3 days, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
Sincerely
