How do I get rid of this ammonia smell? Which stays on my underwear and not on my vulva or even my vagina

Hello, for the past few months I have had a strong smell of ammonia deposited on my intimate underwear and no unusual or smelly discharge. My underwear is usually soaked when the smell starts. I've done all the tests ist mst, candida, I've even taken probiotics nothing makes it go away.
