Can I take dayquil and nyquil to help me decongest more?

I have had covid for 10 days. I went to see a doctor on Monday and was prescribed penicilin because I kept having a fever and I had sinusitis/otitis symptoms.the doctor also prescribed me a nasal spray (teva-mometasone) once before going to bed.
