Bleeding under depo provera. I am 15 days after my first dose of depo provera and I have intermittent bleeding that lasts about 30-60 minutes and then nothing and it starts again after 8-9 hours without bleeding. I am currently waiting for an ultrasound to see if I have an isthmocele or tests for endometriosis and more. I had my 4th c-section 27 months ago and I am ligated. hello, first of all, thank you for your answer. What worries me is that it's not just spotting. I mean it's almost a "flush" like after childbirth. A large amount of blood in a short time and then it stops and starts again a few hours later (+/- 10/12h between bleeds).
