I threw up one of my antibiotics, what should I do to complete the treatment?

I am taking antibiotics for tonsillitis, I am on my 5th day. I took my evening dose but got sick (vomited) about 45 minutes after I took it. Do I need to take more tablets? I have just the right amount of antibiotics for the 10 days...
