I am taking minocycline and my vulva is itchy?

I started minocycline for my acne 100mg die, since 1 month. For about 2-3 weeks I have had itching and inflammation on my vulva. No odor or denovo loss! I already take probiotics po die along with my antibo. It also gives my partner itching and pain. Thanks It's a little bit every day! I tried vagisil anti itch! And now I would be trying canesten maybe?
