Hello, I am very congested for several months. Nasal discharge, sneezing and very congested nose. It often gives me a headache because my sinuses are very blocked. I take sinus tabs every day for several weeks and I also take drixoral spray occasionally.

Hello Ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
I must begin by informing you that taking Drixoral for more than 3 to 7 consecutive days may make your congestion worse. Also, the Sinus Tab contains an agent that is potentially stimulating, and therefore may contribute to your sleep difficulties.
That being said, you should simply discontinue the Drixoral (if you have been using it for more than 7 days). You will have a few unpleasant days, but this product must be stopped. I strongly recommend nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime to help alleviate the congestion.
This is your best option until you see a doctor, as soon as you can. The congestion you are experiencing should be evaluated by a physician if it has been more than 2 weeks.
