Hi, I am now training every day. I was wondering if it's dangerous to take a pre-workout every day?

If the manufacturer's instructions are followed, and you do not have any other health conditions at this time (including pregnancy and/or breastfeeding), I suggest taking the smallest amount of pre-workout possible. You should also know that these often contain caffeine and other stimulants, so you will have to modulate the amount of coffee you consume during the day, if any
I should also mention that I have found a few (small) studies that have shown no difference in performance or muscle mass gain in people taking pre-workouts compared to people not taking them. Proper hydration and nutrition, as well as sufficient rest, are usually the keys to good performance.
