Is it dangerous to swallow alcohol-free mouthwash?

Hi, I took a big gulp of Listerine coolMint Zero. It's alcohol free, but it makes me very stressed. I'm always very careful, but I coughed at the same time and it made me swallow it all. It burns in my throat and I'm afraid! Don't you think it's serious?

Hello,

Listerine Cool mint Zero contains eucalyptol, thymol and menthol as active ingredients. Depending on the amount of liquid you have ingested, it is possible that these ingredients may irritate your throat, but this does not represent a health risk for you. In fact, these ingredients are found in some cough syrups that you swallow.
