Is it dangerous to consume cannabis with an antibiotic treatment doxycycline (100mg day)?

As a smoker and regular user of cannabis, I start a treatment for acne. It is an antibiotic called doxycycline. I will be taking this treatment for 1 month at 100 mg per day. I was wondering if my current use of tobacco and cannabis will have an impact on the treatment. What are the effects on the treatment if I continue to smoke tobacco and cannabis?
