Can I take cipro with the products I take for weight training?

I am in a cycle and checked by my doctor but I started taking my cipro to fight my sinusitis! I am wondering if I should stop one or the other?

I take sarms (testolone),(cardarine) and (ibutamoren).

I also take multivitamins, vitamin d3, fish oil and vitamin C.

As for the multivitamins, they should be taken at least 3 hours apart from the ciprofloxacin (before or after, this does not apply to vitamin D, C, and fish oil).
As for the other products, my research did not find any interactions, as they are not yet approved by Health Canada or the FDA.
