i'm currently taking doxycycline and have a mild allergy this morning. Can i take a Claritin 12+ hours after taking the doxycycline?

There is no interaction between Doxycycline and Claritin. You can take the 2 products at the same time. In the Claritin 12h+, there is a decongestant. If you have no nasal congestion, if would be preferable to take regular Claritin pour your symptoms.
