I think my 2 week old baby has thrush on his tongue and a little on the inside of his lips. What should I do?

I rinse with a skin of sterile water after each drink. It has been going on for about a week and I feel like the end of day feedings are hurting her, she sucks more slowly and sometimes she cries.

Hello Ma'am,
In a situation like this, I would encourage you to visit a pharmacy to show your baby's tongue to a pharmacist. Since thrush is usually characterized by a white coating that does not come off when scratched, treatment may be attempted by applying Canesten™ to the tongue after each feeding.
Importantly, any pacifier or bottle that comes in contact with your baby's mouth should be dipped in boiling water, and if your baby is breastfeeding, apply the cream to your breast as well during the 10-day treatment period.
Good evening :)
