I think my son is having an allergic reaction to a soap, but I'm not sure. Should I give him benadryl?

Allergic reaction he had hives-like lesions on his legs and lower back, which is what was in contact with the water the longest. It finally went away the next morning. If this happens again, do I give him benadryl as soon as the lesions appear or only if it appears uncomfortable? Thank you!

Before giving him this product, I invite you, if it happens again, to take him to see your pharmacist or to take pictures.
