I think I have bronchitis. Do I need antibiotics for this or will it go away on its own?

Good evening Madam,
The vast majority of bronchitis is viral in origin and as such is not treatable with antibiotics. In fact, it is recommended to consult only when the cough has been present for more than 3 weeks in an otherwise healthy young person. A little sooner when this cough is accompanied by a fever.
In the meantime, use a product such as Sinus Rinse™ to reduce the mucus that runs down your throat and thus reduce the cough, drink plenty of water and rest as best you can.
Good evening,
