My baby's bottom is very red, what can I apply?

You have done well with the application of Sudocream. However, the zinc content is not optimal for treating irritation (15% is a good product for prevention). I would suggest more of a 40% Zinc product, like Zincofax extra strength or another brand, to be applied at each diaper change. I suggest checking the diaper often and changing it as soon as it becomes the least bit soiled.

If you haven't already done so, try to clean with wet wipes without perfume. Avoid rubbing the area after bathing; instead, lightly pat the area.

If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement, do not hesitate to contact me.
