Hello Ma'am,
During pregnancy, it is important to limit sun exposure as much as possible to avoid what is called a "pregnancy mask." This means wearing a wide-brimmed hat, long clothing and trying to avoid exposing your face to the sun.
To increase the protection provided by clothing, a "physical filter" type cream can be applied. These creams leave a small whitish deposit on the skin after application, which gives them their protective power against the sun (they deflect the rays). They are practically not absorbed and therefore very safe for mom and baby.
All major brands provide at least one "physical filter" type sunscreen.
Good evening :)
