Hello, I have a 3 month old baby. Since two days he has small white buttons around the anus. No redness. Is it erythema or a mycosis? Should I consult a doctor or can I find a special cream in a pharmacy? I use Attitude's zinc diaper cream but I don't see any improvement.

When there is an irritation on the skin, I suggest a 40% concentration of zinc, which protects the skin much better
Try to apply it at every diaper change. Check the diaper often and change it as soon as it gets the least bit dirty.
