Irritation at my daughter's hands?

My daughter has red fingertips. I don't know if she burned herself after the slide yesterday? What cream can I use? Because she says it burns a little. If not she touched a cat outside

Thank you for your question!
Basic hygiene will suffice, including washing your hands with soap and water at least 2-3 times a day
For the irritation/redness, I recommend applying an ointment (Cetaphil, Vaseline or other) to protect the skin and relieve the irritation, if it occurs several times a day
If the lesions get worse, increase in number and/or size, or do not seem to be improving, please consult a physician
I hope this helps, do you have any other questions?
